Today’s quote from Tao Te Ching
In dwelling, live close to the ground.
In thinking, keep it simple.
In conflict, be fair and generous.
In governing, don’t try to control.
In work, do what you enjoy.
In family life, be completely present.
The final line of this verse is poignant.
Life is busy, and it need not be if we make a choice to slow down. We all have a choice, and perhaps our priorities become misaligned.
Choose wisely.
Pause for thought
What's more important?
Your health and family, or the new TV you want...even though the old one isn't broken.
